Shipping policy

Every candle is hand-poured and made to order for our Hope + Hot Cocoa Family.  All orders placed as a Pre-Order will not ship until the end of the Pre-Order term. This term is listed on the product page and at the time of purchase. We will update you via email on the status of your order, so be sure you check your email for our messages. Non-Pre-Order items within the U.S. may take up to 7-10 business days to arrive after shipping, while international orders may take up to several weeks in transit.
